Systems Administrator
The systems administrator will need to have experience with:
- Exchange Server 2003/2007 Administration (working with the Exchange Information Stores, public folders, permissions, Exchange database defrags, migrating users/account to new Exchange servers)
- Windows Server 2003/2008 Administration (working with Active Directory and fine tuning AD for best performance, logon scripts, folder permissions, GROUP POLICIES, security, system patching and hardening, Windows Update)
- Experience with ISCSI SANs (Creating LUNS, performance tuning and monitoring)
- VMware (Physical to Virtual, DR, VSphere, Performance Tuning)
- Experience with setting up Dell and HP servers (RAID Arrays, installing os, performance tuning, troubleshooting)
- Networking (Setting up/maintaining Cisco switches, routers)
- Firewalls/Security/VPN (Fortinet Cisco, Sonicwall and Watchguard Firewalls)
- Windows Deployment Services (formerly RIS)
